Cyberabad Police Commissioner V.C. Sajjanar has held a meeting with NASSCOM (National Association of Software &Service Companies). Work from home is a good option but Offices are opening again.
HYSEA (Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association) and SCSC with IT/ITES Industry heads to Operate their IT companies according to the guidelines.
They mentioned in these guidelines strictly that only 33% of the workforce may work in offices, including all morning, night shifts respectively
Gatherings by the employee outside IT company or IT parks strictly prohibited. If not, action will have serious consequences.
They also mentioned all the companies should follow the timings of the Curfew Hours (7 AM to 6 PM).
During Night Shift staff should reach Office before 6 PM and leave post 7 AM.
Cafeteria should be closed until further notice in all offices.
They must use office cabs only for the purpose of traveling from Home to Office & return.
Company-operated busses with 50% Occupancy. To avoid heavy traffic with two-wheelers and all, they should allow more office busses.
Social Distancing norms for all vehicles used by employees, including those operated by a company like Cabs &Busses. No pillion rider for a two-wheeler.
The most important thing is all the employees should follow the Telangana Health Department Guidelines wearing a mask, physical distancing, washing hands and sanitizing.
So, for all the IT/ITES company’s employees who are working from home will soon resume going to their offices in this Planned Manner.
