That is, to write this article I might take 2 hours, but in my google calendar, I will mention three hours because we end up taking more time or sometimes less if I take less, time I try to use the remaining time with other work I have or take a break. Forest is based on the idea of pomodoro time technique. You can set a timer from 10 Mins to 120 Mins. When your timer is on, and you finish your work before the timer ends.
