Pranayama is the exercise of breath regulation. It’s a core factor of yoga, employment for objective and mental wellness. In Sanskrit, “prana” measures sparkle energy and “Yama” measures control.

The do of pranayama involves breathing exercises and patterns. You with intent inhale, exhale, and grasp your breath in a known factor sequence.
