iPhone SE (2020) is official now, after months of predictions and rumors, Apple confirmed a new entry-level iPhone in its current line-up called iPhone SE, it was rumored to debut as iPhone SE2 later reported as iPhone 9; it turns out that both the names wrong.
The new iPhone SE is an iPhone 11 stuffed into the redesigned body of an iPhone 8. It reserves the 4.7-inch IPS LCD Retina display with 326ppi (pixel per inch) pixel density available on the iPhone 8 and previous regular iPhone models, obviously not the plus models.
iPhone SE completes with the glass back, traditional front chubby forehead and chin with Touch id and haptic feedback is back, while replacing the top-notch and face id.
New iPhone SE powered by A13 Bionic chipset that you found in the high-end 11 series, and it has many similar features like Qi wireless charging, True Tone display and also supports Wi-Fi 6, Gigabit LTE with dual sim support (However, second is an esim). We all know apple chipsets are way powerful to handle tasks, so that company never reveals its RAM amount and customers never bothered it.
It also bags a single rear 12-megapixel camera with a 28-mm f/1.8 lens with Smart HDR, Portrait Mode, Portrait Lighting Effects and OIS and it can record 4K video at 60fps similar to the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro main camera module. The front-facing selfie camera is 7-megapixels, and it can also support portrait mode effects.
The new apple iphone se comes with a 5W charger in the box, though it can support 18W fast charging if you have the right adapter. It uses a Lightning connector for charging. There is no headphone jack, but it comes with a Lightning earphones in the box.
The iPhone SE runs on iOS 13, as expected its cost starts at $399. It will be available in three variants 64GB, 128GB and 256GB costs $399, $449 and $549, respectively.The phone will be available on apple.com and Apple stores from 17 April and will go on sale from April 24.
