1. COFFEE / TEA
Without a cup of tea/coffee our day would go incomplete. But taking them on an empty stomach would increase acidity levels and leads to digestive problems. Drinking tea or coffee releases stress hormone called CORTISOL which leads to increase in blood pressure and sugar levels.
2. BANANA
The most economical fruit which has vitamins and minerals such as potassium, calcium, manganese, iron, B6 and folate. These all contribute to the proper functioning of the body. Well, eating this on an empty stomach will cause an imbalance in magnesium and potassium levels. As it’s a fruit with high sugar content, this will lead to drowsiness.
3. SUGAR AND SWEETS
Eating them on an empty stomach will have same effect on the liver as compared to a person drinking excessive alcohol. You can eat them after your meal.
4. COLD DRINKS
Our stomachs digestive system releases digestive acids which helps in digestion. By drinking aeration drinks we are sending some more extra acids to our stomach. This will result in stomach ache, Nausea and other Gastric problems.
The best solutions for these foods is to take them after your breakfast or replace them with honey, eggs, nuts, and milk in the morning.
