Period are a part of every girl’s life from the time they hit maturity. It is sad to see most of the girls going through terrible pain during this time of every month.
Here are some remedies which will help you reduce the period pain and hopefully make you feel better.
1. WATER
Just keep drinking water as much as you can. This is very effective. It would be even better if you go with warm water. Drinking more of warm water will help your stomach feel less bloated.
2. HOT WATER BAG
We never know when that terrible pain would start. It’s always better to keep a hot water bag ready. Placing it on your lower abdomen and your lower back can give you instant relief.
3. BANANA
This magical fruit is rich in potassium, manganese, magnesium and vitamin B6 and also very economical . It helps in reducing your cramps.
4. CHOCOLATES
Our mood swings are one thing which goes uncontrollable sometimes during periods. Eating a chocolate can satisfy our mood and will help us be stable .
5. HAPPY MOVIES
A good collection of movies would go great to keep you happy and divert your mind from the pain you are going through.
