We would be lying if we say that we never heard of these lines, at least for once in our whole life. But this can be true that not everyone of us will follow it, Umm, even I didn’t initially. 

But one fine day, I got to know that our lives can take a wonderful turn if we start waking up early in the morning. Do you want to know what kind of changes can take place in your life ?

Here are some :

1. The quiet time: In this fast moving noisy world, when was the last time that you have experienced complete pin drop silence Waking up early gives you that quiet time where we can meditate and go within are soul and find those answers we were always looking for. 

2. Mental Benefits: The fresh air full of oxygen in the early morning gives your mind peace and makes you calm.

3. Helps you sustain a healthier diet: When we start our day early, we tend to eat right as compared to waking up late as we keep hurrying up to meet our deadline to reach office, school etc.,

4. Enhances productivity: We can achieve milestones with the fresh brain if used efficiently every morning. 1 hour every morning daily can finish your same work where you take more than 3 hours to do.
