Having Tea or coffee is our daily routine. We start and end our day with tea and coffee. But there are many myths regarding coffee that it is not safe for our health and brain. Coffee and tea contains a natural substances, caffeine which is found in leaves and seeds and fruit over plant in this world. There are very misconceptions about caffeine. Here we are going to know about all misconceptions and 6 common myths of caffeine.

  • Darker your skin:

There is a myth that having more coffee and tea a day makes your skin darker. But according to scientific rule, it has more caffeine which keeps your skin healthy and removing tan. Nowadays, these caffeine products are used for skin and as well as body.

  • Increase the risk of heart failure:

Study about caffeine told us it is just a myth that having more caffeine product can increase the risk of heart failure according to scale study, a slight rise in BP has been linked with caffeine consumption in people who are sensitive to it. When people are suffering from high blood pressure, they must be advised by their doctor about their caffeine intake.

  • Affects the health of children:

Every parents always worried about their children’s health, but as per researchers, caffeine is well known for increasing both alertness levels and attention spans. A “cuppa” of coffee and tea recommended to counter of sleepiness and good for children to improving your memory and logical reasoning.

  • Would be a mother or trying to get pregnant women should avoid caffeine:

The data of studies suggest us that moderate caffeine consumption is safe for a pregnant and her unborn child. Pregnant women can take 3 to 4 coffee cup in a day or 300mg.

  • Increase the chance of cancer:

There is a myth for excess coffee can cause cancer, but after the survey and 13 studies, it is found that there is no relationship between caffeine and cancer.

  • Caffeine can rise the danger of osteoporosis:

Studies suggesting that caffeine intake may increase calcium loss in the urine. Any loss has been minimal and having caffeine in limit does not give the impression to affect calcium balance or bone density. Caffeine is not a risk factor for osteoporosis.

Now we can enjoy our tea or coffee with no fear in our mind. All misconceptions are cleared. Enjoy your beverages with caffeine. Drink higher levels of caffeine labelled as energy drinks.
