How does Spending Daily 10 minutes on a Diary Changes your Life?

Let’s go back to the time when we were little kids putting on our school bags, heading to our schools and coming back home. The first thing our teachers and beloved mothers would ever ask us was to show the Diary. This little book helped us keep a track on our work and progress on daily basis with so much ease.

Life was made so simple with that one Diary. As we grow up into teenagers and then adults, we felt that we are all perfect and mess up everything. Yes, growing up is a trap. But we can definitely come out of this trap by bringing that book back again into our lives, by just spending about ten minutes on it daily. In return, this is what it does to us.

  • Improves your productivity

It is psychologically proven fact that when you write down your daily targets or goals, you will supposedly finish it with 42% of more chances. This will cause less procrastination and more accomplishment. 

  • Reduces Anxiety and frustration

Due to the daily dosage of stress in our busy life and no one to share what we actually go through insides our heart, it has become a major problem these days which increases  anxiety and frustration. Holding a pen and putting down all your emotions on the paper for sure will make you feel better. 

  • You will know who you really are

It is a sad truth that few of us know who we actually are and what our purpose in our life is. But because of writing daily and sharing your thoughts on a paper will eventually show you a path that will lead to your purpose of your life. 

  • Improves your language and writing skills

 We all know the famous quote “practice makes a man perfect”. Well, writing is a skill which will help you to master the language you write in. Who knows, one day you may turn into a writer, after all life is unpredictable and full of surprises.

  • You will be a happier person

By following all the things said about and being consistent and making it a habit, I will assure you that you’ll be a happier and healthier person than what you were before.

So, what are you waiting for? Go grab a pen and a diary, start scripting your beautiful destiny and make your life as simple as a school going kid.
