Battling against COVID-19 at Home with Yogic Practices

We all know that our country is now affected largely by coronavirus where it has reached the stage of community spread, which also means we must be more cautious and start practicing measures to overcome it. Isha Yogic practices by Sadhguru have started showing positive effects on individuals with COVID symptoms and is also helping them overcome the virus and become immune to it.

So, the process includes performing powerful yet simple yoga practices like Simha Kriya and Isha Kriya and including home remedies in their daily diet like the Immunity Boosting drinks.

Simha Kriya

Simha Kriya is a simple but very powerful yogic process to enhance Lung Capacity and help improve Immunity. To battle a pandemic like a coronavirus it is essential to have a strong immune system and a well-functioning respiratory system.

This process can be practiced by anyone regardless of their physiological and medical conditions. It should be practiced 5 times a day or at least 2-3 times if they are not able to do it in the initial stages.

Herbal Concoction

Herbal Concoction is a mixture of turmeric, honey, and mint/ coriander with warm water. Consuming this blend of products together as a solution can boost and enhance one’s immune system.

Also, Nilavembu Kashayam which is an herbal decoction made with potent herbs can be used to relieve body aches, fatigue, and headaches. This concoction can be consumed at least twice a day for better results.

Isha Kriya

Isha Kriya is a simple yet a potent practice created by Sadhguru which is drawn from the wisdom of Indian Spirituality. This is a free guided meditation process available online which offers the possibility to experience the boundless energy within oneself.

Daily practice of this kriya brings health, dynamism, peace, and well- being. It can be practiced twice a day. The above-mentioned practices are available online and can be followed by anyone who has COVID symptoms and self-quarantines themselves.

It is very essential to make sure that one has a strong immune system to battle a virus in the current situation.
