During quarantine everyone wants to eat some tasty, easy to make without creating a mess. We can bake this chocolate cake using just three major ingredients, and it is super delicious.
Ingredients | Quantity |
Any leftover chocolate flavored biscuits (Oreo, Bourbon, etc) | 2 cups |
Baking soda | ½ tsp |
Milk | 1 cup |
Directions to Bake Chocolate Cake Perfectly:
Take a cooker and grease it with oil. Place the butter paper in the cooker and grease it with oil again.
Take 2 cups of the leftover biscuits and transfer it into the grinder, and grind for around a minute until it forms a fine powder. Then add ¾ cup of milk in it and blend it for 30 seconds.
Transfer this batter into a bowl, add ½ teaspoon of baking soda, ¼ cup of milk and mix till the batter is smooth with no lumps in it.
Pour this batter in the cooker greased with oil and spread it uniformly. Place the cooker on the tawa, cover its lid and bake it on a low flame for about 35-40 minutes.
Now, remove the lid after 40 minutes and make sure it’s baked completely. Let the cake cool down and demould the cake. Place a plate on the cooker and flip it so that the cake comes out. Remove the butter paper from the top of the cake.
Apply chocolate ganache and shredded chocolate (optional).

Pro tip: To check if your cake has baked completely, one can check it using a simple toothpick. All you have to do is poke the toothpick in the middle of the cake and if no cake batter stuck to your toothpick, your cake is completely baked otherwise bake it for another 5 mins and check again.
