Improve your immune system by adding some nuts and liquid boosters

Well when its come in our health we don’t want to take any risk or compromise with it because a perfect body needs a great immune system and sharp mind with good glowing skin. So you all know it very well these all things are very essential for looking gorgeous and stay fit. We can add some nuts and some liquid in our diet chart. Because these things recover our low body and maintain our immune system. And they also work as like magic. So lets talk about some magic nuts and liquid boosters which we can add our diet.

Almonds (Badam) :

This is really very powerful antioxidants and good crunchy nuts to maintan our mind and make it sharp. It has a lot of protein and essential minerals which is most recommended to growing kids and it is also very beneficial for old people. It is extremely rich in Vitamin E. Well having 7- 8 almonds soaked at night and take it at morning can boost your immunity and reduce inflammation. We can also use it by making Almond shake and add some milk and almonds with sugar and grind it. Then pour it into a glass and enjoy with.

Walnuts (akhroat):

This brain type structure nuts also enhance our brain and health. It is also boost our immune system and metabolism. This is also good for our eye, brain and sperm health. It has omega 3 fatty acids which is really rare.

Cashews (kaju):

well we are completely known about kajukatli, A famous sweets, but you know this (cashew) boost our immune system, also containing vital source of magnesium, zinc, antioxidants and help our body to maintain more red blood cells (RBC). When it comes rainy season grab a handful cashew you will not fall sick. It has high in copper and iron content.

Brazil Nuts:

This brazil nuts is south American tree in the family it is also name as harvested edible seeds. It is well known for its buttery and smooth texture and it contain nutty flavour. It also contain high amount of selenium than any other nut. It is also good for thyroid people, a handful nuts can improve this and protect you from heart and several disease.

Raisins (kishmish):

This nuts is dry part of grapes and having exceptional nutritious. when it comes to boost your immune it is hard to forget raisins. It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that will protect you from fever, infections, and seasonal illnesses. It is also best for menstruating women.

Lets also know some instant liquid immunity booster:

Lemon honey water: Mix all 3 things and it will boost your immunity and feel like you charged yourself. It will also help us for our glowing and healthy skin.

Red tea: It is also best for our immune system. When the covid war was going on last year.

Banana shake: Best body building and boost your immune system shake.

Almond shake: Add some milk and almonds with sugar and grind it. Then pour it into a glass and enjoy it.

Coconut water: It is available everwhere with not too much price and it is instant water to maintain your immune system.

Raisins water: Having soaked 7-8 raisins at night and filter its all water and drink it will also boost your immune system.

So, these are main nuts and liquid boosters which is easily available in your home and market.they all help you all yo boost your immunity and keep you safe and healthy. Enjoy all drinks and stay fit and stay healthy
