There are many alternatives to smoking and chewing tobacco and can be easily replace your current habit, all it needs is a motivated human to start.
1.Nicotine chewing gums: Beats the urge to smoke physiologically.
2.Nicotine Patches: Helps in withdrawal symptoms.
3.Nicotine replacement theory: Talk to your physician and prescriptions with nasal spray or inhaler should do the job.
4.Those who chew tobacco, flavoured betel nuts or a pan without tobacco would do the job.
