WHO’s Insurance for Poor Countries Against COVID-19 Vaccine

WHO is providing an Insurance fund for poor countries against COVID-19 vaccine. WHO has taken this decision as some countries have faced several side effects on Swine-Flu vaccine. WHO has not yet revealed the list of the countries but low income countries are expecting the Insurance and most of the African countries are going to be covered under this insurance.

WHO also stated that any side effects recognized on being vaccinated against COVID-19 will be covered under this insurance and no cost will be charged for the local governments. As the COVAX vaccine for COVID-19 is in the front line and assuming that it will be approved soon. Later WHO has also stated that they provide insurance if there are any side effects for the vaccines that are under trials.

Economy of the world has fell-down and many countries which come under low income groups are not ready to face or not able to bare further losses. So, WHO has initiating the funds in the insurance form against COVID-19 vaccine.
