Why unpredicted heart attacks are striking young generations currently and know how you can avoid them

Now a day’s youngsters are on the verge of death because of heart attacks. It became so common to everyone. A heart attack occurs when blood flow to the heart suddenly becomes blocked. Lacking the blood coming in, the heart cannot get oxygen. If it is not treated quickly, the heart muscle dies. If you get quick treatment, you may prevent or limit damage to the heart muscle. 

Major risk factors of getting heart attacks:

  • Too much intake of alcohol

It is said that drinking more alcohol may cause your heart damage.

  • Smoking

As we all know, smoking is injurious to our health and it can cause harm to our heart.

  • High blood pressure

Getting high blood pressure causes many diseases and heart attack and blocking our flow of blood.

  • High cholesterol levels and diabetes

Avoid more oily foods and maintain your health because high cholesterol may cause a heart attack. When your blood sugar goes high, it signals your pancreas to release insulin.

  • Poor diet

Poor eating habits comprise under- or over-eating, or not having an adequate amount of of the healthy foods we need each day, or intense too many types of food and drink, which are low in fibre or high in fat, salt or sugar.

  • Control your blood pressure

High blood pressure is a major danger factor for heart disease. It is essential to get your blood pressure checked regularly at least once a year for most adults, and more often if you have high blood pressure.

  • Preserve your cholesterol and triglyceride levels lower than control

High levels of cholesterol can clog your arteries and raise your hazard of coronary artery disease and heart attack. Triglycerides are an additional type of fat in the blood. High levels of triglycerides may also raise the hazard of coronary artery disease, especially in women.

  • Stay at a healthy weight

Being overweight or having fatness can increase your hazard for heart disease. This is mostly because weight is linked to other heart disease risk factors, including high blood cholesterol.

  • Have healthy diet

Effort to limit saturated fats, foods high in sodium, and added sugars. Eat sufficiently of fresh fruit, vegetables, and whole grains. 

  • Do regular exercise

 Regular Exercise has many benefits, including strengthening your heart and improving your blood circulation. It can also help you continue a healthy weight and lower cholesterol and blood pressure. These can lower your hazard of heart disease.

  • Bounds alcohol

 Having too much alcohol can raise your blood pressure. It has extra calories, which may basis weight gain. Both raise your danger of heart disease. 

  • Managing stress

 Stress is related to heart disease in various ways. It can increase your blood pressure. Extreme stress can be a “trigger” for a heart attack. Some ways to manage your mind stress include exercise, listening to music, focusing on something calm or peaceful, and meditating.

  • Get enough sleep

 If you do not get enough sleep, you raise your hazard of high blood pressure, fatness, and diabetes. Adults prerequisite 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night. 

By following tips and knowing the risk factor of heart disease, you can be safe your family and yourself by heart attack disease. By managing your health in your 30s and observing your blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels, optimistically you will not have problems when you are older.
