Since the time it was first launched iPad, it has created a huge market for Apple. People are always found giving their opinions regarding the tablets and what should be their ideal sizes is a great topic of debate. Apple could launch iPads with larger screens soon.
Currently, the iPad screen maxes out as 12.9-inches on the iPad Pro. Apple is expected to launch a new iPad Mini and 10.9-inch iPad till this year. Today the biggest iPad one can see in the market is iPad Pro with its length of 12.9 inch.
This is truly an enormous screen for a tablet. However, Mark Grumann on 9to5 Mac stated that it’s expected that we could see iPads with even bigger screens soon. Predicting the accurate size is however not possible the size can be expected around 14 inches. Apple has always marketed their iPads as a substitute for a laptop and this change can certainly make them one in true sense if the operating system on it is improved. Speaking about the iPad OS, it cannot act as a proper laptop replacement.
The other situation which may arise is that the big size iPads might cut the sale of the MacBooks, the laptop product of Apple, which can be a great loss. For a change Apple can switch to the even bigger 17 inch MacBook Pro version which will be happily accepted by many users and fans of the product.
However, as we saw, it will surely not happen in a single day and will take a time of years and till then Apple will come with more such innovations that might change the way we look at its products.
For instance, Apple’s next plan is to launch a new iPad Mini at the end of this year with a new entry of 10.2 inch variant. The details regarding the same aren’t officially out yet but we can expect to see the product with the same M1 chips as on the 11 inches and 12.9 inch iPad Pro. The bezels might be slimmer and again without a home button. Also, the next variant if iPad Pro is expected you support wireless charging along with reverse charging.
Till the further updates the fans will hope that Apple could provide them with much better experience than expected with some new features and updates as it usually does.
