How to Overcome Our Fears

There is no human being in this world without any kind of Fear. We all have some kind of fear in us with which we live everyday. We don’t even try to find out what exactly the kind of fear we have and why we have it. It is very important for us to know what fear we have and how to overcome it. We live years of our life with fears without even having a thought on it.

We become so habituated to live with these fear that it became a habit of us. We never try to find out the reason for our fears and in doing so it became a habit of us to live in negligence. It is very important for us to realize that once we know what fears we have and how to overcome it then it will be a different version of us which world will see. When someone overcomes their fears that will be the turning point of their life because these fears are something which stops a person to achieve what he or she wants in life, once we become fearless then we become unstoppable.

There are six basic fears with which ever human suffers at one tune or another. Most people are fortunate if they do not suffer from the entire six. So the six basics fears are-

  1. The fear of POVERTY.
  2. The fear of CRITICISM.
  3. The fear of ILL HEALTH.
  4. The fear of LOSS OF LOVE OF SOMEONE.
  5. The fear of OLD AGE.
  6. The fear of DEATH.

Fears are nothing more that states of mind. One’s state of mind is subject to control and direction. The best way to overcome any fear is to face it. Most people keep running from their fears instead of facing it. The moment you face fear you realize that its just your thinking , it was our state of mind which we have create by ourselves. Most of the fears are factious or imaginary.

The fact is “WE SUFFER MORE IN OUR IMAGINATION THAN IN REALITY”. The moment we realize this we know how much we suffer just in imagining things. So everyone lets have a look at ourselves know our fears and overcome it, so that world can see us achieve whatever we want.
