Indian Army personnel Ordered to Delete these 89 Applications which Includes Instagram , Facebook, Tinder

The Indian Government‘s has been looking into the privacy issues of Application and this time army has gone ahead and instructed army to delete 89 Applications from their mobiles on or before 15th July or they can face departmental action.

Army was allowed to use Facebook till now. But they were not allowed to post pictures of them or their colleagues in army uniform. They were not allowed to disclose their location of their units.

This ban is to stop the leakage of sensitive information. The ban includes all the Tencent applications and also applications from China-based applications. The ban also includes a variety of e-commerce to dating apps, etc.

List of 89 Applications banned by Indian Army.

They ban these applications only for Indian army, not for public. Public has already got a special list of 59 Applications.
