Metros have got the Skill to unleash Hidden Potentials of Unrecognized

Sridhar Vembhu

The country of billions, still there is an opportunity for everyone in metros. Do each one of us understand the growth, technology developments, advancements, the efficiency of living! or just draw assumptions creating a mindset of making young minds study hard to get into top IIT’s and clear GEE so that one could become successful enough to create a revolution with the study.

Isn’t this happening in and around us? The days changed, way of living & the Art of making money no longer competes with education, while this remains away. and this stereotype of the majority of talent coming from metro cities is slashed by Zoho’s Sridhar Vembu with his statement from his life example by establishing a tech ecosystem in rural villages.

As part of Athma nirbhar Bharat, the theme of vocal for local today,

He contradicted the statement way back, to establish a tech support system that truly cannot be found in his village Tamilnadu.  But he continued to believe in the philosophy of “transnational localism” – thinking global and building local.

Our uncertain life surely has no significant predictions, though he believed may surely not on day one. metros has skills for the job.

But the consistent effort could play the long-term game of building a quality tech startup in rural India, using the best minds in villages around him and staying focused on his resolve.

He explains his vision as, we are not into the technology business, but are building culture and human capital.

It’s so fact that not everyone is good with academics, but few do not get the privilege to pursue education but yet each one has got dynamic potential, one should learn to work hard towards extreme either should imbibe skill to identify resources to raise helping hand by turning out the weaker to become strong. This is real growth.
