What is the first thing you do once you wake up in the morning?? Lets kickstart your day with these activities !

The mornings are considered being the deciding factor on how your rest of the day is going to be. Make sure you follow these things to better mental health and wellbeing.

1. STICK TO YOUR ALARM

We are all lazy, and we definitely have hit that snooze button multiple times. Procrastination is the mother of all bad habits. Start sticking to your ALARM. The best way is to put your alarm clock or mobile volume high and then put it away from your reach.  This will make you get up from your bed.

2. BE GRATEFUL

Everyday millions are dying somewhere around the globe. Be thankful that you still got your livelihood. Be thankful for everything which others are not blessed with.

3.  STRETCH

Stretching is the best way to start of your day.  This makes you feel fresh and relaxed. Your body has no movement the whole night and little stretches would always do the good.

4. WATER

1 liter of water after you wake up will do wonders to your whole body.  This will wash off all the intoxicants and let’s your body feel good.

5. TO-DO LIST

Planning your day is very important. You may have some commitments to fulfill but because you don’t write them down you end up forgetting it. This TO DO list will definitely help.

This is just a beginner’s guide to kickstart your day, will keep you updated once you all make this 1st step a habit.
