We all know how important it is to take bath every morning. It makes a complete difference on how the rest of our day is going to be.
But did you know taking bath with cold water has so many health benefits?

1. IMPROVES YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM

Yes, you start becoming stronger day by day as cold water improves your blood circulation and results in better immunized body.

2. SHINNIER HAIR AND FLAWLESS SKIN

Cold water not only kills and removes dead cells and excess oils in your hair but also tightness the pores of your skin and scalp. This makes our hair and skin less greasy but more shiny and glowy.

3. IMPROVES YOUR MOOD

Cold water baths can change your bad mood instantly making feel relaxed and refreshed. It also increases your energy and mental awareness.

4. SAVES MONEY

Well, after all those huge electricity bills we pay, cold water can help reduce it. Saving money in return of good health is never a bad idea.

POINTS TO BE NOTED :

• The ones admitted in hospital or sick it is not recommended.
• Cold water bath are not a good idea for people with heart diseases.
• Shower should last for about 5 to 8 minutes only. And it is also not advisable in winters.
• If you are not used to cold water, it better to slowly lower down the temperature .
• If you are still not comfortable, do not do it.
