Massage it on your face in a circular motion. Leave it for 3-4 minutes, then rinse it off with cold water.

Benefits of milk as a face mask
Milk’s creamy texture and slight acidity combination make it a great face mask. Though you are sensitive to milk, you might still pull it off with by-products like sour cream and curd as the main ingredient in making your DIY masks.
